At Noods The Noodles Bar, we hosted a special event — a Korean Seafood Experience presented by Wandoc South Korea.
The goal was to introduce Indian food lovers to the fresh, healthy, and authentic flavors of Korean seafood.
2. Live Cooking Demonstration
Chef Mr. Gaurav led an engaging live cooking demo, showing everyone how to make the famous Seasoned Seaweed Rice Ball.
He explained how stir-fried seaweed (Kim Jaban), steamed rice, and sesame oil come together to create a delicious and wholesome Korean snack.
3. Tasting & Experience
After the demo, guests had the chance to taste the rice balls themselves.
Each bite offered a perfect balance of crispy seaweed, soft rice, and rich umami flavor, leaving everyone delighted.
