Stir Fried Abalone Oyster Sauce

Chinese stir-fried abalone and paprika in oyster sauce.

The abalone is trimmed and then separated from the flesh and intestines. Abalone is made horizontally and vertically.

Paprika, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, and green onions are sliced into the same size.

Put plenty of oil in the pan and make green onion oil with green onions, chopped garlic, and sliced ginger. Stir-fry with sake and soy sauce, and then stir-fry with the prepared vegetables and abalone.

When the vegetables are half cooked, add oyster sauce to taste. Add starch: water=1:1 water starch to match the concentration.

If you add seafood such as squid and shrimp, the whole dish is ready
