Seasoned Abalone Chives

A clean seasoned dish with nutritious leek and sesame oil

Remove the intestines after trimming the abalone and slice only the flesh.

Cut the nutritious leeks into about 5cm, and slice the onions thinly, soak them in cold water to lose the spiciness.

Mix the trimmed abalone, leeks and onions, and season with sesame oil and salt.

It is also possible with spicy radish with super red pepper sauce.
